Service Description

PENSO provides AI governance assessment and certification services for organizations that need a technical evaluation of their governance posture.

Scope of Service

The service may include automated code scanning, governance scoring, and the generation of certification reports or related assessment outputs.

Data Handling

Source code is never transmitted to PENSO. Only file hashes and related metadata are sent for assessment and certification workflows.

User Obligations

You agree to provide accurate information and to use the service only with repositories and systems for which you have proper authorization to request scanning and assessment.

Intellectual Property

PENSO's assessment methodology, scoring algorithms, reports, and related service materials are proprietary and remain the intellectual property of PENSO and its licensors.

Certification Scope

PENSO certification is a technical assessment of AI governance practices. It is not a legal opinion, legal compliance guarantee, or representation that an organization satisfies every applicable regulatory requirement.

Payment Terms

Paid subscriptions are processed through Stripe and renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing period. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not retroactively refund already billed subscription periods except where required by law or stated otherwise in writing.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PENSO is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, data, or business opportunities arising from or related to the service.

Modifications

PENSO may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated with at least 30 days' notice before taking effect.
